About

“Open Open for Space” (OS2) is a podcast about open source projects (hardware, software ..) that are dealing with space … things.

Whether the people are developing the newest on-board satellite analysis tools, gluing a 3D-printed telescope together or are building machine learning tools to analyze satellite housekeeping data: when they are making their ideas and findings open to the public and are looking into the start, I want to talk to them and learn more about their project.

In each episode I will focus on one project.
Each project will be explained in a dedicated introduction interview where we will talk about the project in general, its history, current status future plans and other interesting ideas.

After that, I hope to talk to the introduced projects every time a major update got released (software) or other outstanding things happen to the project, so that every introduced project can present their situation in update episodes every once in a while.
